Our story

Training tools should adapt to you. Not the other way around.

Peak Health is built for people whose fitness life is scattered across too many tools. The problem isn't more metrics. The problem is context.

Why we're building this

Built by people who train like you do.

Peak Health started because the tools we used stopped keeping up with how we trained — strength in one app, running in another, race plans in a spreadsheet, a wearable that knew nothing about the gym. We were the integration layer between five systems that didn't care about each other.

Mission

Help people achieve their best physical and mental state.

Vision

A user-centered system where training, recovery, wellness, and professional context connect — without the user losing control of their data.

What we believe

  • Context over volume

User context matters more than raw data volume. More metrics are not enough.

  • Start narrow

Health is connected, but adoption starts with a narrow job. We're starting with serious training.

  • Adapt to the goal

A beginner, an event athlete, and someone rebuilding after time off should not see the same product.

  • Proactive, explainable, editable

When the product detects something important, it reacts — explains, proposes, asks. Not silent automation.

  • User stays in control

The user decides what gets stored, connected, shared, and taken elsewhere.

  • Long-term health

We build for sustainable progress, not short-lived bursts of motivation.

What Peak Health is not.

Being clear about what we're not building is how we stay focused on what matters.

  • A generic wellness app for everyone

We're not stacking meditation, calories, and sleep scores into a thin wrapper. Serious training is the wedge.

  • A social media product

No feeds, no follows, no leaderboards as the core loop. Training is personal — sharing is a feature, not the reason you open the app.

  • A shallow workout logger

Logging is the starting point, not the destination. The goal is a system that helps you train better, not just one that remembers what you did.

  • A replacement for clinics or insurance

Peak Health connects to your care when it makes sense. It doesn't pretend to be clinical or diagnostic.

How we build.

Small team, long horizon. A few principles drive every product and business decision.

  • Your data stays yours

Every entry, AI plan, and coach note is exportable. When you leave, your history leaves with you.

  • Small on purpose

We prioritize a product we're proud of and a pace that preserves quality and user trust. That shapes pricing, communication, and trade-offs.

  • Care over speed

We'd rather ship a smaller thing we're confident in than a bigger thing we'll have to patch. Quality and trust compound; shortcuts don't.

  • Design partners first

We'd rather have fifty users who feel heard than fifty thousand who feel generic.
