Peak Health

From the sheet to the gym.

The sheet holds the plan. The floor wants last time.

In the spreadsheet you already have the routine: exercises, sets, reps. On the floor you need last time's weight and a rest timer the sheet will not start. Peak Health keeps both in the same log, in kilograms and with dates as dd/mm.

What is a strength-routine spreadsheet for?

It is for planning at a desk. Exercises, sets, reps.

What do you miss in the gym?

Last time's load and a rest that starts.

Example: Tuesday 12/03, deadlift 120 kg × 5.

What about kilos and dates?

Weight is in kilograms. Dates are dd/mm. If you came from pounds, you convert them on the first session you move.

How do you move the first session?

Copy the routine on the web: warm-up, main, cool-down. On the floor you log.

Per-side logging is on per-side tracking. Rest that starts is on the rest timer.

Train it. Then read it.

Free to start, on the web.
